First 3 of these placards of the Soviet Union are devoted to the XXVII Congress of the Communist Party, which was in 1986. The placards were made in 1986-1990.

On the next placard there is a strange slogan "Party is an immortality of our business!" I don't think that it makes sense. Probably, it is a quotation from a speech of a KPSS leader like Leonid Brezhnev taking out of context.

A main task for soviet people was to work and to fulfil a plan of a previous Congress of the USSR Communist Party. On the working places was a visual agitation for fulfilment of the plan. A part of a project of such agitation in a workshop you can see below. The slogan of it is 'Our achievements in the work to XXVII Congress of the Communist Party.' Below the slogan there are a photo of a brigade and a report that this brigade have  fulfilled a plan of work for a year. It is a Soviet Union placard of 1980s.

The photos are from the russian book of S.Smirnov "A font in the visual agitation".

These USSR placards have remind me an old soviet anecdote, that I was told by a classmate then I was a schoolgirl. The action takes place in USSR. A Communist Party lecturer comes to a soviet town for agitation. The bill of his lecture is "A lecture about KPSS". Nobody comes. Then they write another bill "A lecture about 3 kinds of love". /* I should remind, that in the USSR press it was used a phrase "there is no sex in our country" :-() */ After the second bill the house is full. The lecturer goes to scene and begins: "My lecture is about 3 kinds of love. 1st kind of love is love between a man and a woman. You all know about it. The 2nd kind of love is parents' love. This kind of love is also well-known. And the 3rd kind of love is love to our dear Communist Party. Now I'm going to talk about it..."
