Here you can see Russian ornamental patterns of X-XIV centuries. These patterns had been pictured on fabric. The colour of a background was brown Holland. The colour of a pattern was most often cyan, green or cinnabar. The patterns often were decorated by pearls. The most widespread Russian ornamental patterns had contained geometrical elements.
